I’m the founder of Jessica Jung Performance & Nutrition LLC and a registered dietitian and personal trainer specializing in sports nutrition, eating disorder recovery, and strength training. I work with people who want to feel stronger, train with intention, and fuel their bodies in ways that truly support performance—whether you’re returning to movement, building strength, training toward a goal, or learning to fuel without fear.

My approach is non-diet and weight-inclusive, grounded in evidence-based practice and deep respect for your lived experience. Together, we use nutrition and movement as tools for performance and empowerment—not control—so you can train hard, recover well, and move through life with confidence and trust in your body.
