A Registered Dietitian (RD or RDN) is a nutrition professional who has completed accredited education, supervised practice hours, and passed a national registration exam. Nutritionist is a broader term that can be used by anyone, regardless of training or credentials. RDs are qualified to provide medical nutrition therapy and evidence-based counseling.
I use a compassionate, non-diet approach rooted in Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size® (HAES) principles. My focus is on helping clients build a healthy, flexible relationship with food and movement that supports well-being without dieting or weight stigma. I embrace an “all foods fit” philosophy—meaning all foods can have a place in your life without guilt or moral judgment—while supporting structure, satisfaction, and nourishment.
Intuitive Eating is a non-diet, evidence-based approach that helps you reconnect with your body’s hunger and fullness cues, reject diet culture, and foster a healthy, sustainable relationship with food. It aligns closely with the principles of Health at Every Size® (HAES), which emphasizes body respect, weight inclusivity, and holistic health rather than focusing on weight loss or appearance.

Perfect! My approach supports structure without rigidity. We can build flexible routines that support performance, energy, and wellbeing—while staying aligned with Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size® (HAES) principles.
My training approach focuses on building strength, confidence, and sustainable movement habits without pressure to look a certain way. I prioritize form, injury prevention, and progressive overload, tailoring each program to your individual goals, preferences, and life context. Whether you're brand new to movement or aiming to enhance performance, I’ll support you in moving in ways that feel empowering, effective, and aligned with your values.
