I also support individuals looking to improve their relationship with food and movement, with an approach that meets you where you are.
A Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) has completed accredited education, supervised training, and a national exam. RDs are qualified to provide evidence-based nutrition guidance and medical nutrition therapy.
“Nutritionist” is a broader term that is not regulated and may not reflect formal training or credentials.
My approach is evidence-based and centered on sustainability. I help you fuel your body for performance, recovery, and everyday life without rigid rules or extremes.
My work is informed by non-diet and weight-inclusive principles, with a focus on building practical habits, improving confidence with food, and creating an approach you can maintain long-term.

Yes. All training programs are customized to your goals, experience level, and schedule. These can be part of 1:1 coaching or offered as independent programming.

Yes. I often work alongside therapists, physicians, and other providers to support a coordinated approach to care when needed.
I offer both.
Virtual sessions are available via a secure platform, and in-person sessions are available in Agoura Hills. In-home personal training may be available depending on location.
I do not accept insurance at this time. However, I can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider for details.
Credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
All sessions are prepaid to reserve your spot. I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled within 24 hours are non-refundable.
