I offer both in-person and virtual sessions to support flexibility and accessibility. Virtual services are provided via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to ensure your privacy. In-person sessions are available in Agoura Hills, and in-home personal training may be an option depending on your location. Please inquire during your discovery call for availability and details.

I do not accept insurance at this time. However, I can provide superbills for possible reimbursement if your plan offers out-of-network benefits. Please check with your insurance provider for details.

I accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for all services.
