Performance & Nutrition
Train with intention. Fuel with confidence. Grow with support.
Whether you're working toward performance goals, healing your relationship with food, or just curious about where to start, you deserve support that meets you where you are—without restriction or judgment.
Hi, I'm Jessica Jung!
I’m a registered dietitian and personal trainer who helps people fuel, train, and perform in ways that support strength, confidence, and respect for their bodies at every stage.
My work blends evidence-based nutrition and strength training with a compassionate, non-diet approach. I specialize in eating disorders and disordered eating, sports nutrition, and strength-based movement. Whether you're new to movement, in recovery, or training for a goal, I’m here to help you fuel and move in ways that build you up—not break you down.

My journey started as a personal trainer, where I saw firsthand how empowering it can be to reconnect with your body through movement. That experience inspired me to deepen my knowledge of nutrition and pursue a more holistic approach to well-being.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science – Physiology & Metabolism from UC Berkeley, followed by a master’s in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity from University of Southern California. During my 1,200+ hour dietetic internship, I worked in a variety of clinical, foodservice, and community settings—including a rotation with USC Athletics, where I helped collegiate athletes fuel for both performance and long-term health. Since becoming an RD, I’ve supported individuals across all stages of recovery and performance, from residential treatment to outpatient care.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in the pressures of diet culture—I’ve been there too. That’s why my work is rooted in Health at Every Size®, Intuitive Eating, and body respect. My goal isn’t to give you more rules. It’s to help you trust your body, build supportive habits, and feel confident in the way you nourish and move.

Whether you’re here to heal your relationship with food, explore strength training for the first time, or optimize your performance without restriction, I’ll walk alongside you every step of the way.
