Train with intention. Fuel with confidence. Grow with support.
Whether you’re working toward performance goals, building strength, or just looking for a more sustainable way to train and fuel, you deserve support that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Hi, I'm Jessica Jung!
I’m a registered dietitian, personal trainer, and founder of Jessica Jung Performance & Nutrition LLC, helping people build strength, improve performance, and train with confidence through a sustainable approach to nutrition and movement.

My work combines evidence-based nutrition and strength training with a grounded, supportive approach that helps people feel more capable in their bodies—whether they’re building consistency, working toward performance goals, or simply looking for a more sustainable way to train and fuel.

My background
I started my career as a personal trainer, where I saw how powerful movement can be when it’s used to build confidence instead of pressure or punishment. That experience led me to pursue nutrition so I could support people in a more complete and integrated way.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science – Physiology & Metabolism from UC Berkeley, followed by a master’s in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity from the University of Southern California. I completed a 1,200+ hour dietetic internship across clinical, foodservice, and community settings, including a rotation with USC Athletics supporting collegiate athletes in performance nutrition.
Since becoming an RD, I’ve worked across both eating disorder treatment and outpatient settings, supporting individuals at different stages of recovery, rebuilding, and performance. This clinical experience allows me to understand the full spectrum of relationships with food and movement, while still centering a forward-focused, performance-informed approach in my work.
My approach
My work is rooted in evidence-based practice, Intuitive Eating, and Health at Every Size®, but more than anything, it’s centered on helping people move away from extremes. I don’t believe in rigid rules or one-size-fits-all plans. I focus on helping you build habits that are supportive, flexible, and sustainable—so you can train with purpose, fuel with confidence, and trust your body more over time.
