Packages
Movement Foundations Package - $450
(Save $350 vs booking individually)
Perfect for beginners or anyone returning to training, this package helps you build confidence by focusing on foundational movement patterns, strength development, and establishing consistency. Use your sessions at your own pace within the timeframe to build a strong, sustainable base.
What’s Included:
✔️ Free personal training assessment with first package purchase (60 min)
✔️ 4 personal training sessions (50 min each)
⏳ Sessions must be used within 8 weeks
Duet option available for $675 total
Train together. Duet personal training allows two people to train in the same session while receiving individualized coaching, shared accountability, and support.
